In order to maximize the “in the field” time of your SwissQual systems, we offer different levels of hardware maintenance services tailored to your needs and use cases.
Advanced Replacement Service
For some business models, an express replacement of a defective hardware component is vital. For this purpose, SwissQual sends out replacement parts by express delivery so you can have your system up and running quickly.
On-site Hardware Engineer
New measurement use cases may demand a hardware upgrade or retrofit. Depending on the complexity of the change, a hardware engineer can perform the necessary changes in your facilities to avoid shipping logistics and to save time.
Third Party Hardware Support
If an issue arises with a third party hardware product, we help you in the troubleshooting process, coordinate the communication with the supplier, and facilitate the access to warranty and maintenance services.
OEM Device Calibration Service
You may be using scanning receivers as part of the SwissQual system that require periodic calibration. We can help you to plan the calibration procedure and based on your demand, we can offer spare units to keep your system in the field.
Local Spare Parts Management
A selected set of spare parts provides the highest level of availability. SwissQual assists you in defining the appropriate level of spare parts that is tailored to your availability requirements. You can also use us to store and manage your spare parts in the closest SwissQual office or in some cases at your own site.
Hardware Repair or Replacement
We offer service to repair or replace SwissQual hardware. An engineer helps you to identify the origin of the problem and can advise you on the system component to return for repair.
