Direct Access Trouble Ticketing System
 

As a SwissQual customer, you are central to our whole operation. You have direct, online access to our trouble ticket system. This allows you to register problems and track their progress through to resolution. At all times you know precisely what is being done.

When you log an issue it is confirmed and automatically assigned to a named engineer. You can track the request’s progress and, if you wish, submit a follow up request or change the request’s status.

Our direct access trouble ticket system is the preferred interface for all helpdesk services.
