This research has been fed back into the design of our range of quality algorithms, ensuring that they are well calibrated against the ultimate measure: the perception of your customers.
SwissQual is also an active participant in the ITU, ETSI and several other standards bodies. This ensures that our algorithms not only comply with the latest standards, but that their design is also well informed by the concepts that lie behind the standards.
SwissQual algorithms predict the subjective performance of speech and video on packet and circuit switched networks, handling different network technologies and determining the various degradation effects. For both basic applications – single-ended and double-ended – SwissQual can offer efficient algorithms for speech and video quality prediction.
