“Perception” is not simply intended for network quality professionals. It is written for anyone who is affected by issues of network quality. And that means just about anyone who works for a telecom operator, an equipment supplier, a regulator, an investor in networks or indeed any serious user of communications.In “Perception” we intend to tackle a range of issues from the impact of quality issues on business through to looking at the implications of some of the latest thinking on how individuals perceive “good” or “bad” quality. We hope that, together with you, we will raise our overall understanding of the meaning of network quality and its value.
