| SwissQual Ascom disputes settled Jan 2010 |
There was a dispute between Ascom and SwissQual as regarding certain aspects of intellectual property, patent rights and acts of unfair competition. These issues have been settled effective 31 December 2009 to the satisfaction of both parties and accordingly, each party has agreed to withdraw all currently pending law suits.
