SwissQual Evolution assessment modules measure a wide range of technical factors for both speech and video communications. More importantly they give an accurate prediction of the “quality” that users of the service would perceive and the key technical factors that contribute to that perception. This allows operators to concentrate on the issues which have the greatest impact on customer satisfaction.
Modules are available for both “single ended” use (where existing content is simply monitored) and for “double ended” use (where a known piece of reference content is transmitted). Solutions are available for a wide range of network technologies.
